Fundamentals of Liberty Clinic

Fundamentals of Liberty Clinic

August 5th and 6th
10653 15-Mile Rd, Evart MI 49631

The Fundamentals of Liberty Clinic is perfect for horse owners and liberty enthusiasts of all levels who are interested in developing a deeper relationship with their equine partner. Whether you are a seasoned at liberty or just starting out, this clinic will give you the tools to build a foundation of trust and respect with your horse.

The day will start with exercises that include both draw and drive, “Find My Shoulder’, “The Heel”, “Drawback Circles”, Half-Moon and Bend exercises, Mirroring and more. Even if you’ve learned these exercises in a previous clinic, this will be helpful especially with what to do if your horse leaves.

Participants will learn how to switch shoulders with their horse.

If time allows, Laura will briefly begin teaching participants how to lay down their horse in the most natural way possible without ropes or force.
